Assistent Original comes with an 8 quart (7 liter) stainless steel bowl, dough hook, double beater whisk, spatula, food prep bowl and lid, roller, and scraper. All our models have seamless speed control and timer. The powerful engine with a unique gear design, located directly under the bowl, makes the mixer very powerful - a prerequisite for optimal baking results.The machine is capable of as much as 11 pounds (5 kg) of dough at a time!Assistent Original is an incredibly durable machine which has been known for generations and is superior in functionality and versatility. The machine is currently available with a black or white base.The new 120 volt motor runs at 600 Watts and the unique gear drive provides a silent yet powerful machine. The accessories are easy to use and all parts in contact with food can be washed in the dishwasher (except the meat grinder and the strainer aluminum parts).
