Viking food processor

I am a former chef and absolutely love baking, so that they can trust when my old mixer died, I knew I had the best on the market have. Well, "best" varies for each individual, because I bake so much, my personal preference leans towards something that has a large capacity and is very reliable.

After the shops and doing some online price comparisons, I finally took the Viking Food Processor -. Yes, at $ 600 is a bit expensive, but it means a lot to me reliability ismeans I do not run it constantly on the business to get it fixed, and I did not buy a replacement every two years (which adds up to more expensive in the long term anyway).

At the beginning it is very beautiful: I bought it in gray, and the whole construction with stainless steel bowl is very elegant.

The mixer is an absolute powerhouse: it has a 1000-watt motor and can creamButter and sugar in seconds. Mixing of large quantities of dough is a breeze, and I've even frozen ice to mix. When I bake, I make large batches (yes, my friends magically appear at my house for a baking day!) So it is very important for me that my blender can operate large quantities of ingredients at once is.

The Viking food processor's design is not only elegant but also practical. The bowl then locks the mixer and set remains throughout the process. It is very easy toRemove the bowl when you are done.

I know that this mixer may not be for everyone. Enjoy if you buy a new blender every year or so, the Viking life not help much to be you. If you are really concerned about finances, you may want to discourage this purchase (or reference gentle on your birthday!). Finally, if you do not really bake so much, you will probably survive with a smaller mixer. However, if you are an avid baker like me, I do not think you'll find a lot better than the mixerViking food processor.
