Cuisinart Stand Mixer - 5½ qt - White OverviewsThis stand mixer has the power, control, capacity, and precision engineering to handle any job a recipe calls for. The processional quality 800 watt motor mixes through the heaviest dough without slowing down. Twelve mixing speeds support every mixing task. A slow start eliminates splatters. The ultra-gentle fold function sifts dry ingredients or combines delicate ingredients without deflating them. A 15-minute countdown timer tracks the mixing time for you, and shuts off the mixer automatically when finished. The 5½ quart stainless steel bowl has double handles which make even full bowls easy to attach, detach, and carry. The tilt-back mixer head provides easy access to the bowl and beater; a head-lift release lever securely locks the stand mixer head into the raised tilt-back position. With three accessories, you can mix, whip, and knead dough.
